You will need a car to get around the area.

- Our home is handicap accessible and elderly-friendly. 
It is all one floor with no steps. One of the bathrooms is ADA compliant. Doorways and hallways were designed for wheelchairs to be accommodated.

- Rental Agreement: you will be asked to fill out a short rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information. There is an amenities wavier that is a part of this agreement that must be signed.

- Guest Verification: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.

- You must be 25 years old or older to rent our home per township ordinances. We cannot accommodate prom parties due to this.

- The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip at the time of booking. We do not give refunds or change dates due to weather or medical related issues. 

- All concierge services such as Highland Cows Sessions, Private Chef, Massages, Group Transportation, Permanent Jewerly Parties, Professional Photo Sessions, etc. are subject to availability and not guaranteed when booking. Please note that the Highland cows do not live on the property and are an upgraded experience that must be organized in advance of your stay.
